Vintage Orange BRC road bike (commuter not built for speed)

Boyes and Rosser Cycles (BRC) was a Canadian bicycle importer and distributor founded in 1958 and based in British Columbia (operating out of Vancouver and New Westminster). The company imported quality frames and components—frequently from Japan and Taiwan—and outfitted them with the BRC brand name through the 1970s, 1980s, and into 1990, when the company ceased operations.
BRC bikes were well-regarded for offering dependable quality and solid components at a time when Japanese and Asian imports were expanding into the North American market.The brand officially wound down operations around 1990, though vintage BRC steel-frame bicycles remain popular collector and commuter items today.
